Anaesthetic Trivia - Macintosh

Robert Reynolds Macintosh (1897-1989), New Zealand-born anaesthetist, became the first British Professor of Anaesthetics in Oxford in 1937 and was a key figure in the foundation of academic anaesthesia. A pioneer, he designed his eponymous laryngoscope, spray, endobronchial tube and vaporiser.

Entries wanted. Winning photos to be displayed in the refurbished anaesthetic department at the Hallamshire.

Entries will be available to view in the gallery section of the website.

The refurbishment of the Hallamshire Anaesthetics Department has meant there is quite a bit of empty wall space. Instead of simply putting up lots of notice boards, it's been decided to print some lovely photos instead. We'll get the entries and put them up in the gallery section here too so you can have a look at what people send in.
