This problem may have now resolved with the site upgrade. Please let me know if you can now access the site easily from AOL broadband.
Despite my best efforts I cannot get AOL to play nicely with the website. There is a problem with the way AOL broadband gives its customers an internet address, called an IP address. This is constantly changing which makes it difficult for the website to confirm that the person accessing the website is not a hacker/nasty automatic internet robot. As a result, you can't login and the registered user functions of the site are unusable from an AOL address. However, there are some reports of Firefox (http://getfirefox.com/) or Safari (http://www.apple.com/safari/) making it possible for AOL broadband users to access the site. Please have a go with them. Unfortunately, you may be stuck with having to use the site at work until this can be rectified. I don't think that will be happening within the next few months... Sorry!
